
- I found this YouTube video very helpful
 - I didn’t use wine or chicken stock
 - Don’t have a cheese grate yet, so will add grated cheese next time
 

- Followed this tutorial
 - I used fresh coriander instead of dry powder
 - The potatoes were from my veggie garden
 
Some after thoughts:
- Cooking with induction cooktop is really clean and simple
 - Digitalised heat level and timer are very handy, especially to a novice cook like me
 - Garden to table saves money, the taste is superior too
